1. Clarify goals and challenges

2. Meeting at the company's premises
The next step is a personal meeting at your company. During this meeting, we will take a close look at and analyze your production environment. Your contact person will also demonstrate a cobot. You can test it and see for yourself how easy it is to operate.

3. Concept development
Once all details have been clarified and you have had the opportunity to briefly test the cobot, the integrator will draw up a concept involving all service providers. Once you have approved the concept, the concrete development of the entire system can begin.
4. Testing
The system with the collaborative robot has been set up and is now ready for extensive testing within your intended application. To keep downtime for your production to a minimum, the tests will be carried out at the integrator's premises.
5. Training of employees
At the same time, your employees will be trained with the UR Academy or a one-day training course. Even after these short but comprehensive training courses, it is possible to use the cobots effectively. Over the next few weeks, your employees' knowledge will continue to consolidate.
6. Installation in the company
If everything works perfectly, the installation will take place at your company. This installation usually only takes 1-2 days. Operations will therefore hardly be interrupted. This ensures a smooth transition.
7. Make optimizations
After installation, you can make a few optimizations yourself in the following weeks and further adapt the cobot to your needs. Often, cobots can be adapted even better to the cycle times of different machines.
