4K precision and thermal analysis

40,000 lumens

The ASIO X is equipped with a lighting system of up to 40,000 lumens. The wide illumination ensures even light distribution in dark industrial environments. Shadow areas are minimized so that details such as cracks or corrosion can be reliably detected. The intensity can be adjusted to the respective situation at any time.

flight stability

A multi-stage stabilization system enables stable flight even in challenging environments. Radar, camera, and inertial sensors support positioning in areas without GPS coverage, in darkness, or in dusty conditions. This allows the drone to remain stable even when flying close to structures and delivers consistent data sets.

gas detection

The integrated 4-gas sensor detects methane, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen, and carbon monoxide during flight. The measured values are recorded directly and enable a reliable assessment of the atmosphere in enclosed facilities without endangering personnel.

LiDAR

The integrated LiDAR system creates precise 3D point clouds during the inspection. Structures and defects are geometrically recorded and made measurable. This supports long-term documentation and comparability of inspections, especially in tunnel-like environments.

flight time

With up to 20 minutes of flight time per battery, most inspections can be completed in a single flight. The optimized drive system ensures constant power output and supports stable data collection throughout the entire duration of use.

Easy to control

The intuitive user interface and supportive flight modes make it much easier to control the drone in confined or dusty environments. Integrated assistance functions take the strain off the pilot and guarantee consistent inspection quality.

protective cage

The robust carbon protection cage is specially designed for collisions in confined spaces. It protects the propellers and sensors, allowing the drone to touch structures directly for detailed shots or navigate safely in extremely narrow passages.

data platform

ASIO Connect is the central platform for managing your inspection data. Point clouds, 3D models, video, thermal, and gas data are displayed with spatial references. The platform enables structured documentation and cross-location team collaboration.

Yes. Thanks to integrated IMU, radar, VIO cameras, and optically arranged sensors, the system can independently determine position and movement in closed environments. This sensor data is used for stabilization, even without a GPS signal.

Yes, under ideal conditions, up to 20 minutes are possible. At maximum lighting power, the flight time is reduced by about two minutes. Other factors such as air currents can also influence the effective flight time. However, under normal operating conditions, around 20 minutes is a realistic target.

Yes. The ASIO X is equipped with a forward-facing, swiveling LiDAR. The opening angle is 106° horizontally and 86° vertically. The LiDAR is mounted on a gimbal and can be tilted 90° up and down, enabling complete vertical coverage. For complete coverage of a room, the pilot must fly over the area accordingly.

No. The system is protected against light dust exposure and individual water droplets, but is not designed for operation under water jets or similar conditions. This is particularly due to the sensor technology and the mechanical stress caused by water. When flying over water, the low weight of the ASIO X can also help to reduce splashing compared to heavier drones.

Yes. The ASIO X is specially designed for use in dusty environments. An integrated radar sensor supports stabilization even when optical sensors are restricted by dust. A prerequisite for use is that the pilot can sufficiently recognize the environment via the controller's screen.

Basically, yes, but it is primarily designed for indoor use. The system does not have GPS and has limited wind stability. In addition, the sensors are not optimized for permanent outdoor use. Before planning to use the system outdoors, we recommend consulting the manufacturer or distributor.

The recommended maximum wind speed is 3 m/s. Even at this speed, the ASIO X almost reaches its maximum control angle, which severely restricts movement against the wind. Use in windy conditions should therefore be avoided or carefully considered.

The minimum pipe diameter is 800 mm. The pipe must be long enough to allow the airflow generated by the rotor to escape. In narrow pipes, constant forward movement is recommended to avoid strong turbulence. In environments with a diameter of more than 1.5 meters, the ASIO X can usually hover stably in place.
